CMEG is an award-winning personal management and production company whose mission is to further the artist by refining one’s image, encourage creativity, explore all performance, sales, marketing and promotional opportunities, and to stimulate and guide the artist’s career. The company manages television hosts, experts, actors, writers, producers, comedians and newscasters.

With her extensive background in production, casting, management and performance and entertainment seminars, Marki Costello brings a fresh and unique approach to the world of talent management, production and entertainment related events.




Marki Costello, president of Creative Management Entertainment Group is an industry veteran with over two decades on Hollywood’s front line. Being the only management firm in Hollywood to specialize in host management, CMEG has expanded to encompass a theatrical department, a casting division, and a production arm. Over the decades, she has risen through the ranks of successful companies such as Disney, Warner Bros., FOX, and TBS and now runs one of the most dynamic entertainment companies in show business.

CMEG specializes in the management of over 30 on-air hosts and television personalities. The Who's Who of Hollywood have come to Marki for expert coaching. She has also appeared as a branding consultant on VH1’s “Confessions of a Teen Idol,” co-hosted with Danny Bonaducie’s “I Know My Child’s a Star,” E! Entertainment’s “Fight for Fame” and ABC’s “Next Big Thing” as an expert in this field.

In addition to casting and management, Marki also puts her talents to work by teaching one of the most prestigious on-camera host seminars in the country. Based on referrals from networks, top Hollywood agents, casting directors and production companies, her monthly Host Boot Camps have been consistently booked full for over 14 years based on word of mouth. Marki has been involved with various workshops around the country for film institutes, beauty schools, talent agencies and more.

Marki authored the very first book on television hosting called The Inside Secrets Used by Every Successful TV Host which sold 10,000 copies in the first quarter after its release in 2012. Her recent on-camera appearances include E!'s "The Drama Queen" which documented her personal and professional life, "The Today Show" and "Access Hollywood."

Marki has been named to “Who’s Who of American Women” by W and Los Angeles Times Magazines and is well known and respected by a diverse cross-section of entertainment and industry executives from coast to coast.

Simultaneous to helming a successful firm, she is raising two children, Lucas and Finn. They currently reside in Pacific Palisades.






Jonathan Piccirillo is a Talent Manager and Producer at Creative Management Entertainment Group, where he specializes in representing television hosts, experts, comedians and unscripted television personalities.  He oversees talent development at Creative Management Entertainment Group, partnering with networks and production companies to develop talent-driven concepts with CMEG clients. 

Previously, Piccirillo climbed the ranks at MTV/Viacom for six years where he was a Talent Development Executive and Head of West Coast Casting.  While at MTV/Viacom, he oversaw both scripted and unscripted pilots, series and specials, including Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew, Disaster Date, Fantasy Factory, Jerks with Cameras, Awkward and Teen Wolf.  Jonathan’s strength lies in not simply managing talent, but uncovering the real story and talent within celebrities, artists, professionals and the ‘everyday’ man. 

Jonathan Piccirillo graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University.  When he is not in his office, on set or at a show, he can be found on the open road as he is an avid cyclist and marathoner.





Kelly de Vries is a Talent Manager at CMEG, who has come full circle from her start in the performing arts dating back to her adolescent years. Her on-camera and stage pursuits traveled her across the country, allowing her a taste of the fast, inner workings of the entertainment industry.

Kelly began her management career as an intern at CMEG, where, after learning the many facets of the industry, she realized her calling to help build the careers of the next big on-camera personalities. She has worked her way up to being a full-service manager, handling the day-to-day scheduling of busy clients, and working to develop projects for clients in the TV and digital space. She prides herself on continuously striving to keep her clients busy - that being, having them run across town to shoot 2 or 3 projects a day, instead of 1. ;) Additionally, Kelly is spearheading the establishment and expansion of CMEG’s Youth Department, as well as working alongside Marki on the launch of their new academy for aspiring kid and teen on-camera personalities. 

Working for CMEG has delivered to Kelly a wealth of knowledge and experience (and FUN TIMES), having worked on a handful of projects under CMEG’s casting and production arms, in addition to her usual dealings in the management department. 

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Kelly moved to the U.S. with her family in 1999. She grew up thereafter in Chicago where she attended Columbia College, and later relocated to Los Angeles. When she’s not at work, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends. She lives for spontaneity and discovering new and creative ways to enhance her life as a motivated and career-driven individual.
